Shipping & Delivery 

We strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. The majority of orders are shipped within one to two business days after the order is confirmed. Detailed shipping timelines can be found on our shipping information page. Be aware that external factors like inclement weather, peak shopping periods, and shipping holidays may cause delays.

 

The delivery estimates provided by Yarakai are just that—estimates. Yarakai cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries or any loss or damage incurred due to delays. If you've ordered multiple items and some are out of stock, we may opt for partial deliveries. We'll make every effort to inform you using the contact information you've provided.

 

It's crucial to provide an accurate delivery address. Yarakai is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect delivery addresses.

 

You'll have the opportunity to confirm your address on the review page during the checkout process. If you notice an error after finalizing your order, please reach out to our Customer Service at contact@yarakai.com.au as soon as possible.

 

While we'll do our best to correct any inaccuracies in your order details, the quick processing times in our warehouse may mean some orders can't be modified. If this happens, please consult our returns and exchange policy for further guidance.

Product Inspection and Acceptance

Upon receiving your order, you are responsible for promptly inspecting the items for any defects or issues. Should you find any faults, please notify us within 15 business days of receipt.

Returns Policy

We don't impose a strict time frame for returns, but we do request that any returns for sizing or color discrepancies be initiated promptly. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags intact.

 

We welcome returns for both current-season and sale items. Additionally, Yarakai will cover the return shipping costs.
