Order Verification and Approval

Receiving an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us doesn't automatically mean we've accepted your order or confirmed our intent to sell the item(s).

Yarakai reserves the right to either accept or reject your order at any point after it has been received, for any reason. We also reserve the right to deliver fewer items than you ordered, without prior notice.

Before we finalise any order, it must pass through a pre-approval process, which includes verification of the payment method. Our credit and fraud prevention team may ask for additional information or verification before approving the order. Yarakai does not accept orders from entities or individuals who intend to resell our products.

Right to Refuse Orders

Yarakai reserves the right to decline any order without providing a reason. If an order is canceled, we will make every effort to notify you using the contact information you've provided. Any payments received will be refunded through the original payment method

All prices and transactions on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are current at the time they are displayed on the website.

Product Availability

Our online store may not showcase every item from our current seasonal collection. If you're unable to locate a specific product, we recommend using the Search function and entering relevant keywords. If your search yields no results, it's possible that the item is either not produced by us or is unavailable for the current season.

Should you find a product you like but discover that your preferred size or color is not in stock or not listed, please reach out to our Yarakai customer service. We'll make every effort to locate the item for you within our inventory. This service is offered at no additional cost.

Global Sales

As of now, our sales are limited to Australia, but we are actively exploring opportunities to expand internationally. For inquiries regarding international sales, please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact@yarakai.com.au.
